What you will do

• Manage and develop the overall configuration management function for the Submarines business unit.
• Coordinate configuration work across the organization to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Define and implement efficient ways of working for complex submarine projects.
• Provide mentorship and development for configuration managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives within the Program Management Office.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in configuration management within large-scale development and production environments.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in English and Swedish (verbal and written).
• Understanding of regulated processes for complex products with high safety standards.
• Must pass security vetting (citizenship obligations may apply).
