What you will do
- Respond to requests from law enforcement, consumer rights, and other legal institutions.
- Handle internal escalations regarding GDPR and privacy topics, providing expert guidance.
- Create and optimize internal policies, procedures, and safety processes.
- Contribute to projects related to platform safety and new feature implementations.
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Member Support teams to manage performance and goals.
- Share best practices and foster knowledge expansion within the team.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1 equivalent).
- Prior experience in customer support, handling legal/police requests, or project management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ownership mindset with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
