What you will do

• Provision, deploy, configure, and administer enterprise-grade network and security hardware including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Manage cloud and on-premise network resources, including VPN solutions and monitoring tools.
• Provide technical support to resolve customer issues, incidents, and queries in a timely manner.
• Evaluate, test, and troubleshoot new network technologies and security features.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners for upgrades, installations, and planning.
• Ensure thorough documentation and incident notification processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kallang Bahru, Singapore
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in network security.
• Diploma or higher in Computer or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing enterprise firewalls and migration projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle security incidents effectively.
