What you will do

• Provide 2nd level support for issuing solutions and manage technical communication with key global merchants.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and drive problem management activities.
• Develop and implement automated tools and procedures to improve service reliability and incident response.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy software releases to production and non-production environments.
• Plan and document service changes, ensuring thorough communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners in a multi-cultural, matrix organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in application support or a similar DevOps role.
• Experience with Powershell, SQL, APIs, JSON, HTTPS, and Javascript/C#.
• Proven experience working in a matrix organization with distributed teams across time zones.
• Excellent ability to analyze and simplify complex problems.
• Operational hands-on attitude and resolution orientation.
• Relevant IT or business administration education.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPLUNK or similar analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of Point-of-Sale (POS) technology and transactional systems.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience working in an international environment.
