A fast-growing Fintech company is looking for a data-driven, execution-focused CMO to lead global marketing and scale the brokerage business across high-growth markets. Full ownership. High impact. Relocation to Montenegro is required.

What You’ll Do

✅ Team Leadership
— Lead the entire marketing function: product marketing, digital, content, PR/events, design, affiliates/partnerships.
— Upgrade processes, raise standards, accelerate execution.
— Develop managers and specialists, build a high-performance culture.

✅ Marketing Strategy & Execution
— Own the global marketing strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
— Build go-to-market strategies for each region with deep localization.
— Drive integrated marketing plans across product, performance, brand, PR, content, design, events, affiliates.
— Set up and scale end-to-end analytics.
— Launch loyalty, onboarding, and retention programs that impact activity, turnover, and LTV.

✅ Product & Cross-Functional Impact
— Deeply understand the product, user behavior, flows, and competitive landscape.
— Translate insights into product decisions and business growth.

✅ Analytics & Budget Ownership
— Full ownership of marketing budget and business KPIs.
— Deliver transparent, data-backed reporting to leadership.

Requirements
— Proven experience as CMO or Head of Marketing in Fintech / Brokerage / Trading
— Strong background in performance marketing, product marketing, and team leadership
— Data-driven mindset with hands-on analytics experience
— Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
— Willingness to relocate to Montenegro
