What you will do

• Drive yield improvement initiatives and meet performance targets using advanced data analysis.
• Implement AI capabilities to enhance product yield and automate rejection validation.
• Analyze parametric dependencies and commonalities in Big Data sets.
• Develop, debug, and optimize complex test methods and software scripts for data analysis.
• Design and validate hardware solutions for production testing and product ramp-up.
• Identify root causes for early customer returns and close testing gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in AI, Data Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Ability to independently plan, schedule, and solve technical engineering problems.
• Strong understanding of integrated circuit manufacturability and testability.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Penang, Malaysia facility as part of a hybrid schedule.
