What you will do

• Build and ship production-ready features across Android (and iOS) with our dedicated mobile team.
• Own the full lifecycle from concept and architecture through to delivery and post-launch support.
• Champion quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practice standards to keep our apps secure, fast, and reliable.
• Collaborate across locations with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve real problems for real users.
• Lead and mentor other engineers, influencing technical direction and elevating the entire team.
• Move with focus and speed, taking a proactive, hands-on approach in every sprint.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, including concurrency, memory management, Room Database, and performance optimization.
• Production experience with Jetpack Compose and integrating it into XML-based codebases.
• Strong knowledge of Android frameworks and architectural patterns (MVVM, Coroutines, Clean Architecture).
• End-to-end mobile development experience from architecture and design through to Google Play deployment.
• Proven experience with testing practices and CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - comfortable working with distributed teams across locations and time zones.

Nice to have

• GraphQL and modern API integration expertise.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Firebase, Sentry, New Relic).
