What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between vendors and the organization.
• Implement and maintain vendor marketing programs and training initiatives.
• Negotiate and review terms of vendor contracts to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve complex invoice or contractual discrepancies.
• Build and sustain strong, positive relationships with key vendor partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience in product or vendor management.
• At least 1 year of position-specific experience in vendor or product management.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision on complex tasks.
• Proficiency with business tools, systems, and standard operating procedures.
