What you will do

• Collaborate with central teams to localize and implement global systems according to Japanese market requirements.
• Formulate WBS, manage daily project progress, and navigate internal approval processes for mid/small-sized projects.
• Define business requirements, design UI/IF/forms, and create detailed design documentation.
• Execute and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high service quality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with the central team to provide effective resolutions.
• Automate daily tasks and operational processes using Excel VBA.

Requirements

• Education: IT or Technology-related degree.
• Experience: 7+ years total work experience with at least 4 years as an IT Project Manager.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and C# (source code review capability) and expert-level Excel VBA skills.
• Language: Native Japanese (oral & written) and fluent English (oral & written).
• Expertise: Proven track record in multi-platform application development (Windows, iOS, Android) and front-end solution design.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities with a focus on cross-cultural stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Project Management Certification (PMI, IPMA).
• Experience with Payment Systems or Solutions.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
