Location: Based in Sydney or remote in Singapore.

What you will do

  • Partner with regional sales leaders to define business metrics and execute growth strategies.
  • Facilitate sales forecasting and ensure rigorous adherence to Opportunity Management principles.
  • Manage customer and transactional data hygiene within Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Sales Executives on annual operating plans and capacity planning.
  • Drive the adoption of operational tools and conduct training for sales teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel.
  • Experience in high-tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Clari, or Power BI.
