What you will do

• Develop and iterate on copyright operations workflows in partnership with Legal, Engineering, and Safeguards teams.
• Own end-to-end processing of copyright takedown notices and manage URL opt-out requests.
• Define and report on operational metrics to identify gaps and improve process consistency.
• Scale documentation, decision frameworks, and training materials for the copyright program.
• Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual overhead in compliance workflows.
• Support transparency documentation and rights reservations as product capabilities grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in copyright operations or content moderation.
• Proficiency with DMCA processes and intellectual property fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving operational workflows.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
• Sound judgment for assessing requests against defined criteria in fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with international copyright or data regulations like the EU AI Act or GDPR.
• Experience with automation tooling, case management systems, or AI-assisted workflows.
