What you will do

• Manage product accuracy end-to-end from CAD intake to final delivery for stills and motion.
• Build and maintain golden master assets including models, materials, and option packs.
• Create physically plausible shaders and lighting scenarios that match real-world behavior and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Art Direction, Creative, and AI Prompters to manage reviews and approvals.
• Apply rigorous QA checklists to ensure geometry, proportions, and surface integrity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to pipeline improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of professional experience in CGI or 3D product visualization.
• Strong understanding of CAD-to-DCC workflows including cleanup, UVs, and optimization.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like 3ds Max, Maya, C4D, or Blender and render engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift.
• Solid compositing sensibility using Photoshop, After Effects, or Nuke.
• Fluent English required.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-level product accuracy and technical detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time workflows (Unreal Engine).
• Knowledge of ACES/OCIO color management.
• Scripting skills in Python or Maxscript for automation.
• Experience with photogrammetry and render farm management.
