What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations while ensuring strict adherence to SEC filings and local statutory regulations.
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies to accelerate exchange growth and profitability.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance.
• Partner with internal business units to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to maintain the integrity and security of financial data.
• Liaise with regulators, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing operational compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, and business partnering.
• Proven expertise in SEC filing requirements and Thai financial regulations.
• Strong background in the cryptocurrency or fintech sector is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and effective cross-departmental communication skills.
