Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Evolve and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all digital and editorial platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute design strategies for social and digital editorial content.
• Lead art direction for web features, experiential events, and custom commissions.
• Manage creative relationships and collaborate with freelancers and external agencies.
• Provide design direction for editorial, digital, and creative production teams.
• Ensure storytelling remains fresh, dynamic, and reflective of the brand's vision.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week on-site in New York, NY.
• 4+ years of experience as an editorial art director in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of digital and print production workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Nice to have

• BFA in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field.
