What you will do

• Lead and further develop the aftermarket business within BU AEW, collaborating across various business units.
• Drive growth and scalability of the AEW aftermarket business to support an expanding global customer base.
• Align and harmonize support delivery models to meet diverse customer requirements while maintaining efficiency.
• Manage an organization of approximately 100 employees across multiple management layers.
• Provide strategic direction and structure to the BU AEW leadership team to secure a competitive global offering.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading and developing aftermarket businesses with full accountability for performance and growth.
• Solid background in the aviation industry with an understanding of operational and technical support environments.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing managers and large teams.
• Must pass a security vetting process based on current regulations; citizenship requirements may apply.
