What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle for the new UAEW Pod from concept to industrialization.
• Establish and manage a strategic transatlantic partnership with General Atomics and hirify.global Inc.
• Develop and implement scalable organizational structures, governance, and internal processes.
• Oversee production, procurement, and supply chain robustness to ensure delivery capability.
• Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing team of 10–20 employees.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven executive leadership experience in product-oriented development and business organizations.
• Strong background in engineering with a sharp strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated success in leading and professionalizing organizational capabilities in complex environments.
• Must be able to pass security vetting based on Swedish national regulations.
