Head of PU Future Products (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the development, industrialisation, and market introduction of an unmanned Airborne Early Warning capability, the UAEW Pod.
• Establish and lead a transatlantic partnership with General Atomics and hirify.global Inc.
• Build scalable governance, processes, and operating models for sustainable growth and execution.
• Drive production and procurement readiness across organisational boundaries, including supply-chain capability and delivery performance.
• Build, lead, and grow an organisation initially comprising 10–20 employees.
• Work with senior stakeholders across the organisation and travel internationally when required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading product-focused development and business organisations with responsibility for strategy, performance, and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to establish, scale, and professionalise organisations, capabilities, and operating models.
• Strong executive leadership and communication skills for working with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners.
• Proven people leadership experience, including managing managers and leading teams through complex organisational challenges.
• Technical foundation, ideally supported by an engineering degree.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
