What you will do

• Develop and pilot digital innovations and AI-driven projects to support the Anti-Trafficking program.
• Design, test, and implement technology solutions like automated forms, internal trackers, and dashboards.
• Improve internal digital systems using platforms such as Airtable, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend practical applications for program goals.
• Create guides and training materials to support staff adoption of new tools.
• Ensure the responsible and ethical use of technology and AI systems.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to commit to 15 hours per week for at least 3 consecutive months
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
• Must perform the role in-person in Miami, FL
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, etc.)
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to work independently on projects
