What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive KYC/KYB reviews and resolve complex edge-case alerts.
- Coach and mentor team members through regular 1:1s and targeted technical training.
- Manage daily workflows and team capacity to ensure all SLAs are met.
- Implement and refine internal compliance procedures and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk departments to optimize KYC processes.
- Identify training gaps and create individual development plans for team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in KYC/AML/Financial Security in a fintech or banking environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team lead or mentoring role.
- Strong understanding of the AML/CFT regulatory framework and a proactive compliance mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in German, Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Proficiency with modern compliance tools and CRM platforms like Zendesk or Next Matter.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-paced production environment.
