What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Azure production infrastructure at scale.
• Develop and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) for reproducibility.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and developer experience improvements.
• Refine observability, monitoring, and incident response strategies.
• Lead cloud optimization projects targeting performance and cost efficiency.
• Mentor team members on best practices and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Deep experience operating Azure infrastructure
• Strong expertise with Terraform and automation
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Coding skills in Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) in production
• Expertise in Azure cost management and scaling
• Prior experience in platform engineering teams
