What you will do

• Install operational rigor by defining cadence, metrics, and review processes that set standards for the broader organization.
• Lead high-visibility cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve complex misalignments.
• Manage large-scale change management processes for customer digital transformations.
• Contribute to the Professional Services community by documenting best practices and conducting internal training.
• Ensure alignment with senior executive stakeholders throughout complex customer engagements.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs.
• Advanced technical fluency with the expectation to obtain hirify.global certification within 6 months.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize program delivery.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior executive stakeholders (CxOs).
• Experience managing project teams of up to 5 people with contract values exceeding $0.5M.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
