What you will do

  • Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal teams and reseller partners.
  • Provide pre-sales support through product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and solution architecture design.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for channel partners on security deployments and best practices.
  • Manage technical escalations and maintain consistent messaging across the partner ecosystem.
  • Support live sales engagements to drive end-customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Represent the vendor at industry events, partner summits, and joint marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical partner enablement.
  • Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), or SaaS security.
  • Proficiency with Windows/Active Directory administration, cloud infrastructure, and Identity Providers like Okta or Azure AD.
  • Ability to travel domestically and regionally up to 30%.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with broadline distributors.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CCSP.
  • Familiarity with scripting, APIs, and DevOps tools.
