AI Software Engineer (Voice Platform)

What you will do

• Develop a next-generation voice platform for natural voice recognition, synthesis, and interaction.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through deployment and support.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services for platform integrations.
• Own and improve the existing codebase through bug fixes, patches, feature enhancements, and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA and Support on test strategies, customer feedback, and issue resolution.
• Drive development process improvements and propose new platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Go, React, C, C++, or Python.
• Experience with MongoDB, MariaDB, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, microservices, APIs, UI design, and SDLC practices.
• Ability to work across front-end and back-end development and write unit-tested, scalable code.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice technologies, NLP, or machine learning.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing and audio tools.
• DevOps experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of CFR 21 Part 11 and GDPR.
• Experience with localization or multilingual platforms and previous technical leadership.
