What you will do

• Lead SoMedesken and further develop a clear strategy across channels and brands.
• Plan, produce, and publish content that builds brands, creates visibility, growth, and engagement.
• Work closely with the program department on both planned and ongoing publications.
• Contribute in idea and editorial meetings with a clear SoMe perspective from the start.
• Cut, edit, and adapt video, reels, graphics, and images to each platform.
• Analyze and optimize content based on insights, trends, and KPIs, and report on results.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience from a similar role, preferably within media or entertainment.
• Strong in video, from idea to production and editing.
• Thrives in a fast pace and able to work both strategically and hands-on.
• Knows what works on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
• Masters tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
• Has strong visual and linguistic flair and manages to adapt the expression to the channel and target group.
