What you will do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of HR-related projects ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve project bottlenecks and risks
• Build project infrastructure to foster communication and collaboration
• Define project objectives, functional requirements, and roadmaps with experts
• Break down complex challenges into pragmatic solutions for informed decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement of project management frameworks and processes

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece or able to work hybrid
• At least three years of relevant project management experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Nice to have

• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, DASM)
• Familiarity with Google Suite & Tools
• Experience driving operational process improvements
• Previous project management experience in HR, Finance, or similar functions
