What you will do

• Collect, clean, and validate raw data from systems like CRM, finance, and product analytics.
• Use statistical and analytical techniques to identify patterns and answer business questions.
• Create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards in Tableau.
• Distill large datasets into easy-to-understand narratives using charts, visuals, and storytelling techniques.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and consistent data sources.
• Define KPIs, set up reporting to track progress, and surface early signals of opportunities or risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau (required); experience with additional BI tools is an advantage.
• Solid SQL skills for querying, joining, and analyzing datasets.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities, with attention to clarity and design.
• Excellent communication skills to adapt findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in data visualization, BI tools, or analytics are a plus (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist).
• Exposure to Python for advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or automation is beneficial.
