What you will do

• Strategize quality efforts with engineering leadership to focus on high-impact areas.
• Architect and maintain stable, scalable test environments in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Build quality support systems alongside Cloud Platform and DevEx teams for distributed architecture.
• Design and maintain full-stack automated testing frameworks covering backend, GraphQL, web frontend, and native mobile apps.
• Mentor engineers and leaders to instill a "Shift Left" mindset and establish quality standards and metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Stockholm, Sweden
• Experience with multiple programming languages and codebases including .NET and Swift.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD technologies and infrastructure supporting quality.
• Strong communication skills to advocate quality across technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive and autonomous with strong project management skills to drive quality initiatives.
• Data-driven approach to quality with focus on observability and measurable impact.
