What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain core payment, payout, product, and marketing systems for global users.
• Lead architectural design of microservices ensuring high concurrency, availability, scalability, and robustness.
• Promote best engineering practices including stress testing, chaos engineering, CI/CD, canary releases, and multi-cluster environments.
• Leverage AI infrastructure to adopt AI capabilities in payment development, operations, and support.
• Contribute to service reliability through monitoring, SOP improvement, incident troubleshooting, and emergency response.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years backend development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with large-scale microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTTP, databases, caching, and message queues.
• Solid understanding of AI and LLM fundamentals with hands-on experience in AI programming tools.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; able to communicate with external payment partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or financial software development.
• Experience applying AI tools in business or engineering workflows.
• Experience with public cloud platforms like Alibaba Cloud or AWS.
• Strong understanding of computer security technologies and principles.
