What you will do
- Build and configure contact center solutions using the AWS Amazon Connect platform.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex).
- Implement CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar) to support contact center workflows.
- Design IVR and conversational flows.
Requirements
- Solid experience with the Amazon Connect platform.
- Experience with Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing configuration.
- Integration with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex).
- CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).
- IVR design and conversational flow development.
- Basic telephony and contact center operations knowledge.
