What you will do

• Identify and recruit new affiliates across the EU.
• Manage and nurture relationships with top regional affiliates.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and report performance.
• Ensure affiliate content complies with regional and product-specific regulations.
• Plan and execute tests to improve affiliate program metrics.
• Collaborate with EU growth teams on go-to-market strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be located in Europe or the United Kingdom with experience working with EU affiliates.
• 4+ years in KOL or affiliate marketing in crypto or traditional finance.
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of KPIs like CAC, ARPU, and ROAS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in asynchronous environments.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms, preferably Impact.
• Ability to negotiate placements, payouts, and terms with KOLs.
