What you will do
- Identify and recruit new affiliates across the EU.
- Manage and nurture relationships with top regional affiliates.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and report performance.
- Ensure affiliate content complies with regional and product-specific regulations.
- Plan and execute tests to improve affiliate program metrics.
- Collaborate with EU growth teams on go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- Must be located in Europe or the United Kingdom with experience working with EU affiliates.
- 4+ years in KOL or affiliate marketing in crypto or traditional finance.
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of KPIs like CAC, ARPU, and ROAS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in asynchronous environments.
- Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms, preferably Impact.
- Ability to negotiate placements, payouts, and terms with KOLs.
