What you will do

• Define and execute a scalable global community strategy for technical customers
• Design operating models, governance, and performance metrics for community growth
• Launch and manage community programs including forums, user groups, and events
• Enable peer-to-peer support for implementation, configuration, and advanced product usage
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK or able to work hybrid in London
• Significant experience leading B2B community programs in technology environments
• Proven track record scaling communities from early growth to mature global programs
• Experience supporting developer, data, or technically focused user audiences
• Strong understanding of community UX, taxonomy, discoverability, and content strategy
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple teams around community goals
