What you will do

• Play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects focusing on visual excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experience design deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and develop design strategies for products.
• Apply research methods such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, user tests, and usability testing.
• Set up design hypotheses for delivery teams using Figma and Prompt Engineering.
• Balance client and Thoughtworker expectations by communicating experience design deliverables such as typography, branding, and iconography.

Requirements

• Well versed in experience design with specialities in visual interface design, branding, design systems, native mobile design, or typography.
• Proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes and responsive layouts using Figma.
• Embrace Lean principles and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Experienced storyteller able to clearly present research methods and its findings to stakeholders.
• Possess advanced Spanish and at least Upper-Intermediate English skills.
• Happy to collaborate with designers/developers to create experience design deliverables.
