What you will do
- Provide continuous call evaluation feedback and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Evaluate calls using quality monitoring systems and track individual performance metrics.
- Create month-end reports and facilitate call calibration exercises for consistency.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and Training teams to ensure accurate training and feedback.
- Assist with training projects, including developing materials and facilitating sessions for new hires.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 certifications required; FINRA fingerprinting required.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
