Salary: $50,300 - $69,125

What you will do

• Provide continuous call evaluation feedback and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Evaluate calls using quality monitoring systems and track individual performance metrics.
• Create month-end reports and facilitate call calibration exercises for consistency.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and Training teams to ensure accurate training and feedback.
• Assist with training projects, including developing materials and facilitating sessions for new hires.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 certifications required; FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
