Platform Engineer (DevOps)

TL;DR

Platform Engineer (DevOps): Contributing to the infrastructure used to develop, test, and run hirify.global Data Cloud products with an accent on public cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and shared platform components. Focus on automating infrastructure, improving platform components, and supporting product teams.

Location: Remote, must be located in Poland.

What you will do

• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision and manage our public cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Operate and improve shared platform components and internal services supporting product teams.
• Document system design, configurations, processes, and decisions to support our async, distributed team culture.
• Collaborate with a team of remote engineers to build the VDC platform.
• Participate in on-call rotation for product operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production operations for a SaaS or cloud service provider.
• Experience automating infrastructure through code using technologies such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with a breadth and depth of public cloud services.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise SaaS products with high reliability and security standards.
• Understanding and experience implementing secure design principles in the cloud.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, ADO, etc.).
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring stacks.
