Program Specialist

What you will do

• Facilitate the withdrawal process through its life cycle.
• Coordinate the processing of withdrawals across cross-functional teams.
• Compile reports on the status of withdrawals and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Recommend changes/additions to policies and procedures that support the withdrawal process.
• Assist in developing operational goals, objectives, and standards for unit programs and projects.
• Represent the unit at internal and external meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and Tableau.
• Analyst-level ability with Google Sheets/Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements).
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and good time management.
• Minimum Education : High school diploma; Bachelor’ degree in business administration or a health-related services preferred.
