Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 base pay plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor and evangelist for hirify.global's Agentic and MCP capabilities, guiding enterprise customers through solution design and proof-of-concept delivery
• Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops to translate business challenges into scalable MCP-based solutions
• Partner with sales teams to drive technical win strategies, delivering demos, RFP responses, and value-based narratives
• Enable customers to build, deploy, and operationalize MCP integrations with hands-on guidance and best practices
• Provide customer-driven insights to Product and Engineering teams to shape the MCP product roadmap
• Contribute to the solutions consulting community by developing reusable assets and enablement content

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, California (onsite)
• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting within enterprise SaaS or AI platform environments
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML ecosystems, LLM architectures, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI)
• Solid understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards and tool calling architectures
• Proven track record delivering complex technical evaluations with measurable business outcomes
• Experience with iPaaS, API management, or workflow automation platforms; familiarity with hirify.global is a strong advantage
• Working knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and compliance relevant to AI and data integration
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage technical and C-suite stakeholders
• English: C1 level or higher required
