TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work model in Kyiv, Ukraine; office-based in Annecy, France and Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

• Create visually and technically polished 3D weapon assets aligned with the game's visual direction
• Collaborate with Lead Artist and other Weapon Artists to maintain asset quality and consistency
• Participate in art reviews and incorporate feedback
• Adapt work according to project limitations, milestones, and risks
• Maintain and improve project documentation to support workflows

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Kyiv, Ukraine; office presence in Annecy, France or Sofia, Bulgaria
• Extensive experience in 3D art production with real-time weapon asset creation
• Strong knowledge of CAD modeling (Plasticity/Fusion 360), 3DSMax/Maya/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter
• Expertise in real-time modeling techniques (PBR workflow, baking, UV optimization)
• Proven experience in weapon modeling for military or tactical equipment
• Good communication skills with at least intermediate English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with Marvelous Designer, Substance Designer, Houdini
• Familiarity with tactical shooters and Rainbow Six franchise
• Understanding of e-sports visual requirements and constraints
