What you will do

• Deliver exceptional pre-sales technical expertise and demonstrate value of ChatGPT and hirify.global API to large enterprise customers.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to guide AI strategy and identify high-value use cases.
• Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for pre-sales processes.
• Represent customer feedback internally to influence product planning.
• Serve as first line of defense for security and compliance questions, escalating complex issues as needed.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, UK or willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided).
• Languages: Full professional fluency in English and German required.
• 5+ years experience in technical pre-sales roles managing complex global organizations.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS compliance requirements.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, REST APIs, and cloud/network architecture.
• Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
