What you will do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned enterprise accounts using flexible licensing models.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans tailored to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding, product adoption, and account transitions.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting for revenue delivery.
- Promote hirify.global's products and provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Engage with executive-level decision makers and manage complex, high-quota accounts.
Requirements
- Must be located in Saudi Arabia to work remotely.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in sales.
- Expert-level knowledge of sales methodologies, negotiation, and customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of customer business objectives and decision-making processes.
- Strong presentation, financial acumen, and consultative selling skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
