What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned enterprise accounts using flexible licensing models.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans tailored to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding, product adoption, and account transitions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting for revenue delivery.
  • Promote hirify.global's products and provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with executive-level decision makers and manage complex, high-quota accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Saudi Arabia to work remotely.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in sales.
  • Expert-level knowledge of sales methodologies, negotiation, and customer engagement.
  • Deep understanding of customer business objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Strong presentation, financial acumen, and consultative selling skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
