What you will do

  • Support external-facing web applications as part of a global production operations team.
  • Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and platform teams to improve system reliability.
  • Provide 24/7 support for applications running on AWS and Mulesoft APIs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot using observability tools like Splunk and create dashboards and alerts.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and apply industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely.
  • 2–5 years experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support or SRE roles.
  • Proficiency with observability tools such as Splunk, OpenTelemetry, and AppDynamics.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Linux environments, and scripting (Python preferred).
  • Experience with incident management, ITIL practices, and disaster recovery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Consulting experience and Agile methodology background.
  • Certifications in ITIL, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Mulesoft, Postman, API testing, and Splunk SPL queries.
  • Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring and Real User Monitoring.
