What you will do

• Own product delivery and roadmap for digital products.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, including user journeys.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, clients, and investor groups.
• Conduct detailed requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Lead project management activities for product delivery.
• Act as the key liaison between business, product, engineering, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Project Management within the Financial Services industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking with exposure to Blockchain/DLT technologies.
• Proficient in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Process Mapping, Prototyping/Wireframing (Figma), and data analysis (SQL, Power Bi).
• Proven ability to author and review technical documentation.
