What you will do

• Lead architecture and development of large-scale AI and ML platforms across streaming and batch data environments.
• Oversee cloud-native AI/ML infrastructure using AWS and GCP, including containerized and serverless compute.
• Drive end-to-end AI execution including model development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Lead global engineering and applied science teams, fostering innovation and customer-focused delivery.
• Collaborate with product, business, and operations leaders to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.
• Champion AI governance, responsible AI practices, and advanced evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in AI, ML, and software engineering with leadership of global technical teams.
• Proven experience designing large-scale AI/ML platforms and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong background in data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and big-data ecosystems.
• Experience in mission-critical environments in industries such as finance, advertising, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to lead complex multi-team transformation initiatives and mentor high-performing teams.
• Location requirement: Must be based in the United States (Virginia-Home Office).

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or compliance-oriented environments, especially financial services or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and observability practices.
