Location: Based in Bulgaria with hybrid work (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate SME team workloads, priorities, and content quality
• Act as liaison between SMEs, Product, Design, Development, and Learn teams to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee workflow, ticketing processes, and final content quality checks
• Translate pedagogical and subject-specific needs into actionable tasks
• Review and ensure scientific, pedagogical, and accessibility standards in content and experiments
• Support strategic proposals, presales, and external collaborations

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria
• English: Resume and communication in English required
• Master’s or PhD in relevant scientific or educational fields
• Experience in SME work, educational content development, and cross-functional team coordination
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and workflow tools like Jira
