What you will do

  • Support and oversee a portfolio of business applications, operational tools, and SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into IT solutions.
  • Ensure stable operations through monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination of improvements.
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and system usage.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain clear documentation, governance, and transparency of application ownership and support.

Requirements

  • Location: Porto, Portugal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Initial experience or strong interest in IT applications, SaaS, operational systems, and modern development practices.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Motivation to learn automation technologies, low-code platforms, and cloud environments.
  • Structured, reliable, self-driven, with strong communication skills in an international team.
