What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outreach, networking, and referrals within your territory
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
- Use value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve targets
- Develop strong knowledge of ’s products and solutions through training
- Share field insights to improve products and customer experience
- Represent as a professional and values-led ambassador
- Build long-term customer relationships supporting growth and retention
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing or sales-related roles
- Confidence in engaging new people and building rapport
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with resilience to overcome objections
- Fluency in English
- Full UK driving licence
