What you will do

• Create understanding and empathy around user needs for product teams including UX designers, product managers, and engineers
• Guide strategic decision making from user needs identification through continuous usability testing
• Explore user behaviors and motivations using contextual inquiry, surveys, and usability testing
• Advocate design thinking and user-centered processes to improve UX maturity
• Support innovation by identifying AI use cases and integrating AI solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve end-to-end user experience

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Hybrid work arrangement with office presence required in PA, MA, or NJ (within 50 miles)
• Eight or more years of experience in user research, ideally in agile environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Psychology, or Human Factors
• Strong skills in generative and evaluative research methods, usability testing, and data analysis
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
