What you will do

  • Provide tax planning and consulting for high net worth clients on estate, wills, trusts, and individual income taxes.
  • Manage multiple client service teams and tax projects across various industries.
  • Develop, train, and mentor staff while assessing performance.
  • Research and consult on federal estate, gift, charitable planning, and generation-skipping tax matters.
  • Respond to IRS and tax authority inquiries and maintain client communication.
  • Support business development activities including proposals and client pursuits.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Boston, MA, United States with hybrid work model.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA, Bar membership, or Enrolled Agent designation (with Masters Degree).
  • 6-10 years of progressive tax compliance and consulting experience in Family Wealth Planning or related area.
  • Experience with family units having $25 million+ net worth and proven tax strategy implementation.
  • Strong analytical, technical, client service, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
