What you will do

  • Produce polished, industry-leading designs for transaction banking products.
  • Translate client needs into customer journey maps, flows, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and agency partners to maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Research market trends and competitor innovations to enhance user experience.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to align on experiential concepts.
  • Support release design work to guide successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
  • 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in payments, liquidity, treasury management, or financial services.
  • Expertise in user-centered interface and visual design with proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience with UX research, design systems, and agile frameworks.
  • Strong visual composition skills and ability to simplify complex designs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
