TL;DR

Customer Account Executive, Scale (SaaS): Managing and growing existing relationships within our customer base, serving as the account lead and driving account growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Focus on understanding the digital marketing ecosystem, customer engagement solutions, complex organizations, and building long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, United States.

Salary: $80,850 - $95,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $161,700 and $190,000/year.

What you will do

  • Own a defined set of customer relationships, including managing all expansion and renewal activities.
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase hirify.global utilization and value.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners to secure contract renewals.
  • Nurture and close account expansion deals, including upsell, cross-sell, and net new lines of business.
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage, develop whitespace analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-department collaboration, including but not limited to Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS sales, or similar quota-carrying roles, including managing strategic customers.
  • Ability to research accounts, develop a point of view on the value your technology can drive, and prioritize accounts across a territory to maximize bookings.
  • Proven success in navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify the decision makers and the decision-making process for large SaaS investments.
  • Background in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills, with experience in presenting value propositions to executive teams.
  • Ability to travel to customer/prospect sites, marketing events, and to company and regional gatherings.

  • Prior experience in a startup technology company is a plus.
