What you will do

• Develop design flows for leading-edge 3D IC designs based on hirify.global Integrity 3D-IC platform.
• Focus on system-level planning and physical implementation using Integrity 3D-IC and Innovus.
• Engage closely with global top-tier customers to understand design specifications and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and field engineer teams to develop and validate new design flows.
• Provide customer feedback and field intelligence to align product development with technical needs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in GYEONGGI-DO (Seoul), South Korea
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 9+ years hands-on experience in ASIC digital implementation or relevant fields.
• In-depth understanding of EDA tools for physical design.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills required.

Nice to have

• MS degree in related fields.
• 10+ years experience in ASIC digital implementation.
• Deep understanding of design methodology and tools for 3D integration.
• Knowledge of advanced package design challenges.
• Understanding of deep sub-micron design problems and solutions.
