What you will do

• Own product vision and roadmap, building mockups and writing PRDs
• Contribute at least 50% of time coding in a cross-functional team
• Manage a pod of engineers across middleware (JS), foundation (C++), QA, and documentation
• Assess market position qualitatively and quantitatively
• Collaborate with design and technical architects to ensure quality user experience and architecture
• Ensure stable releases by following internal release processes

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2)
• Ability to work 100% remotely worldwide
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript and C++
• Experience with product roadmaps, PRDs, and stakeholder alignment
• Understanding of AI product development and on-device AI
